COGEPLAN is a multidisciplinary consultancy firm with a team of nine expert consultants specializing in socio-economic development, cooperative management, agricultural planning, law, public health, and community development. We are registered in the Trade Register under TN 102558689 in Rusizi-Rwanda.
Our primary objective is the maximization of profits through sustainable growth, with a target to increase turnover from 100,000 RWF to 1,000,000 RWF per day by 2025. We are committed to making professional consultancy services affordable and accessible to all sectors of the Rwandan economy.
COGEPLAN provides support services to development projects and to financial institutions which in the past used external consultancy offices when they did not know the reality of the middle. Our deep understanding of the local context sets us apart from other consultancy firms.
COGEPLAN was created in 2009 with the mission of providing support services to development projects and financial institutions. After obtaining the registration certificate in the Trade Register, we enlarged our body of consultants to nine people with varied experiences in socio-economic development policy.
